aside from once in a week gym visits..
he has also decided to set a mark where he shld stop eating at night..
so at every 10pm sharp...
he is not allowed to eat any more food....

so as a way of leading the HEALTHY lifestyle...
i decided to bring him on a hike up the MACRITCHIE TRAIL...
our intended plan was to have a go at the HSBC TREE TOP WALK...
however, since it closes at 5pm...
we jus decided on a hike up...
while enjoying the nature of the forest...
and seriously...
the trail was a TOUGH one...
even though it wasnt as tough as hiking up BUKIT TIMAH...
but considering that its been a long long time since i last excersised...
YES its tough and tiring...
AYG wanted to prove to me that even though he was a lil ROUND...
he still had the stamina to run..
so he ran up while i walked...
and upon reaching the top...
i ran along side with him...
and guess what...
he was the one with the ASMATIC ATTACK..
hhahahahaah....
see dear boy...
dun think i got no stamina okie...
hahahahaha..
but i must say...
IT WAS A GOOD EFFORT for us both...
and even though we didnt manage to get thru the TREE TOP WALK...
we sat outside the gates for a short break before making our way back dwn...
didnt linger for long coz it was close to dawn...
PLUS...
there was also the BBQ to go to...
so had to rush for time....
and i've never seen AYG perspire SO MUCH..
he looked like he jus walked through a DWN POUR...
coz he was SOOOO WET and SOAKED with sweat...
haahahhaha...
disgusting but still HANDSOME....

after a bath at his hm...
and being fresh and dressed...
we headed to EAST COAST for the BBQ organised by PEI YI...
it was a nice night..
with the wind breeze...
and the company of the girls...
it was nice seeing my classmates again...
after sooo long...
apart from the 5 tt i always meet...
the rest of the girls has definitely grown beautifully to become ladies...
though somethings nv chg...
LYNETTE is still into her ANIME drawings...
LEE HOON still JUANG KE AI-ing as always...
BI FENG, JING WEN n LI YING as the trio...
hahhahahaha....
afterall we were ONCE CLASSMATES back in SEC sch...
and sometimes i jus wish i cld have that life back....
and not grow up...
jus having fun...
and LOTS OF FUN...

and believe it or not...
the night didnt jus end there...
coz AYG and I decided to head off TO JB...
to get his bike pumped up with oil...
and washed...
hehehehehe...
and upon reaching hm at the WEE HRS of the MORNING...
i was alr SOOOO DEAD TIRED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
thankfully its a sunday...
