before FIRST YEAR SEM starts nxt mon...

hopefully lessons are alocated nicely...

GOSSIPS are saying tt some of us need not attend class on fri at all...

putting that aside...
this week i've been kept busy doing up my part on the PROJECT RUNWAY COSTUME..
i hav decided to help out with the weaving of the top...
seriously...
its not easy to WEAVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
criss crossing ribbons...
and more importantly...
i didnt noe its so difficult to FIND A DARN BLACK RIBBON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
hhahahahahah...
AYG told me that it jus wasnt my luck at finding what i want...
haahhahahah...
coz he's been a dear to ferry me to and fro to all the craft shops in SINGAPORE...
anyways...
on MONDAY AFTERNOON..
majority of the HIGH-9ers decided to skip the AFTERNOON briefing and do up the bottom half of the costume...
and we really worked our asses out...
we had the poster ppl...
and the costume ppl..
hhaahhaha....
and i choose to be in between..
since my part of weaving the clothes was left at home....
so i helped the poster ppl with their aluminium rolls...
and i realised...
i SUCK at rolling aluminium alphabets...
ahaahahahahha...
so spent the rest of the afternoon with the peeps...
and i must say...
I'M LOVING MY FEW DAYS AT NIE....

the boy and i made a deal on his bdae...

aside from once in a week gym visits..
he has also decided to set a mark where he shld stop eating at night..
so at every 10pm sharp...
he is not allowed to eat any more food....

so as a way of leading the HEALTHY lifestyle...
i decided to bring him on a hike up the MACRITCHIE TRAIL...
our intended plan was to have a go at the HSBC TREE TOP WALK...
however, since it closes at 5pm...
we jus decided on a hike up...
while enjoying the nature of the forest...
and seriously...
the trail was a TOUGH one...
even though it wasnt as tough as hiking up BUKIT TIMAH...
but considering that its been a long long time since i last excersised...
YES its tough and tiring...
AYG wanted to prove to me that even though he was a lil ROUND...
he still had the stamina to run..
so he ran up while i walked...
and upon reaching the top...
i ran along side with him...
and guess what...
he was the one with the ASMATIC ATTACK..
hhahahahaah....
see dear boy...
dun think i got no stamina okie...
hahahahaha..
but i must say...
IT WAS A GOOD EFFORT for us both...
and even though we didnt manage to get thru the TREE TOP WALK...
we sat outside the gates for a short break before making our way back dwn...
didnt linger for long coz it was close to dawn...
PLUS...
there was also the BBQ to go to...
so had to rush for time....
and i've never seen AYG perspire SO MUCH..
he looked like he jus walked through a DWN POUR...
coz he was SOOOO WET and SOAKED with sweat...
haahahhaha...

we headed to EAST COAST for the BBQ organised by PEI YI...
it was a nice night..

the rest of the girls has definitely grown beautifully to become ladies...
though somethings nv chg...
LYNETTE is still into her ANIME drawings...
LEE HOON still JUANG KE AI-ing as always...
BI FENG, JING WEN n LI YING as the trio...
hahhahahaha....
afterall we were ONCE CLASSMATES back in SEC sch...
and sometimes i jus wish i cld have that life back....
and not grow up...
jus having fun...
and LOTS OF FUN...

and believe it or not...
the night didnt jus end there...
coz AYG and I decided to head off TO JB...
to get his bike pumped up with oil...
and washed...
hehehehehe...
and upon reaching hm at the WEE HRS of the MORNING...
i was alr SOOOO DEAD TIRED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
thankfully its a sunday...

I GOT A NEW LAPTOP FOR MYSELF!!!!!!!!
all thanks to the unrepairable computer..
and thanks to NIE for needing me to use the COMP most of the time...
thanks to MUMMY who agreed to pass the CARD to me...
and thanks to DEAREST BOY who manage to get my FAV LAPTOP at a cool OFFER...
i've been eyeing on the ACER 4920 since the first time it came out..
but sadly at those times i was helplessly BROKE...
however..
after finally having a savings that is sufficient...
and talking to the MOTHER abt my prob of not having a comp...
MOTHER gave me the suggestion of using my savings...
and buying the LAPPY...
so dearie and i went to SIM LIM on THURS to get my lappy..
and i'm so FREAKING EXCITED...
seriously..
MY BF IS A BARGAIN KING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
all the things that he buy...
he's always getting them at a much lower price...
and with free stuff coming along with it...


so upon arriving SIM LIM...
we toured the area for my LAPPY..
the first shop sold it at 1.9k...
and straight away it was a NO NO for me...
and it didnt took us long coz the nxt shop was where we found IT...
selling at 1.6K...
BABY boy manage to drop it as low as 1.2k plus a free optical mouse to go along...
i dunno how he did it...
but the nxt thing he said was..
"AYG, its 1.2K....BUY!"
HAHAHAHAHHA...
and so i left the shop feeling SUPER HAPPY...
n tt explains my addiction to the comp rite now..
HAHAAHAHAH....
on top of that...
on that itself...
i got myself a 2GB THUMBDRIVE..
and also subscribed to STARHUB's mobile internet MODEM...
which will allow me to surf in public areas with no wireless connection to it...
HOW COOL IS THAT!!!!!!!!!
and its all thanks to the DEAREST LOVE...
who gave me a 3 IN 1 deal...
i'm jus so happy rite now...
and I LOVE MY BOY SOOO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!

23rd JULY 2008...
my mind has finally switched from waking up as a TEACHER...
to waking up as a STUDENT...
hahahahhaha...
but oh wells..
the lecturers there prefer to address us as STUDENT TEACHERS..
so okie...
but at least the STUDENT part is there...
eheheehhehehe...
soooooo....
reporting time at NIE was 930am...
kindly enuff KAT's dad offered to send us all the way to NIE...
so instead of waking up at 6am...
and having to make a 2hr journey to NIE...
i manage to save at least another hr on my beauty sleep...


so first day of ORIENTATION..
was lost on the rds of NTU..
trying to find where NTU's LECTURE hall 1A is...
heheheehe...
but thankfully luck was on our side...
and we manage to find it jus in time..
before the briefing starts..
so it was a FULL DAY of briefing on the modules that we have to take...
and alot and alot of ADMIN stuff...
seriously..
not much of that info went into my brain..
coz not only was i hungry...
but it was cold in the LT tt i was almost dozing off...
and the briefing was kinda redundant to some extent..
EXCEPT for the SUB-DEAN's briefing..
coz everyone was scribbling notes ensuring tt not a single info is left out...


anyways...
tt was first day...
2nd DAY of ORIENTATION was where the fun really BEGAN...
WE GOT team bonding activities...
and i tot team bonding was as in getting to noe ppl across the DIP ED prog jus like tt..
but lil did i expect that tt day was the very first day where we got to meet our GESL members...
what is GESL????????
is basically sth like a CIP prog u do in PRI/SEC/JC...
but this time...
in NIE....
its called GESL( GROUP ENDEVOURS IN SERVICE LEARNING )
so main highlight of TEAM BONDING activity was THE RACE that they had...
and guess what???
out of the 22 teams that were there...
MY TEAM CAME IN FIRST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
way to go the ppl of HIGH-9!!!!
hahahahaahaha....
and i think that kick-start the team-spirit that will bond all of us...
hopefully our future projects tog will be succesful..
as for now...
first project to begin with is the PROJECT RUNWAY show on NATIONAL DAY...

okie so let me share abt my final two days at sch..
significantly 21st of JULY marks RACIAL HARMONY DAY for the nation...
therefore as always...
every year the sch will be the hosting sch in the area to organise a RHD cum open hse for the public...
and....
since i was being put on duty under the PERFORMANCE side...
i had to help out with the make up of the participants...
BUT....
i love it the most when it came to DOLLING up my dearest dance girls...
this is their 3rd performance to date...
and how happy do they seem to be able to showcase their talents to the public...
anyways...
they were all prepared a lil early...
so i decided to leave the library where the holding room is...
and proceed towards touring ard the sch...
venturing ard...
looking at the stalls that were put up...
AND...
since KAT was on duty at the food reception..
i manage to sneak in to the VIP room...
and savour what is left of the MEE SIAM...
nice breakfast i must say....
and i drop by the MALAY BOOTH...
to catch my students stoning ard...
so i decided to perk them up with some photos...
heheheheehhe....











anyways...
since it wasnt till 230pm that the concert started..
i took the free time available to do all my packing...
and lil did i tot that it wld be easy throwing stuff away...
BUT I WAS WRONG...
at the end of the day...
i still had stacks of worksheets on my cupboard that was left untouched...
and i began to ponder what i shld be doing with them...
and so i decided to leave it to the last day to finish up my packing...


so LAST DAY of sch...
rushed to sch in the wee hrs of the morning for my first lesson of the day...
MY P4s...
since it was the last day of work i decided not to do any teaching to any of my classes..
so in the aftn it was also another 4hrs of no teaching for me...
but basically jus clearing up my admin stuff with the kids...
returning all their files and books..
so that when the nxt teacher comes in..
everything is their hands..
anyways....
how can i forget a last day without pictures to keep as memories...
didnt manage to take a class photo with my P4s..
coz time was alot spent giving them my so called "LAST-DAY SPEECH"
hahahahahaha...
1hr not enuff okie...
at the end of it...
when i left my final class for the day...
i felt so sad and missing the kids so much...
even during my last day attending my CCA...
the dance girls and my colleague and instructors were sooo sweet...
upon my entrance into the dance room...
the lights were on...
and they began singing a song with their on creation of lyrics...
but a tune of "AULD LANG SYNE"
hahahaahahaha...
made me tear up a lil...
its like graduation during back in SEC sch..
where parting one another was sooo sooo difficult..
but what can i say...
all i want to do right now is jus to STUDY...
and before the day ended..
CIKGU PUNGUT and her HUBBY treated me to JLN KAYU...
so i had my fav mee goreng seafood...
and CIKGU PUNGUT ordered satay and fried chicken as side dishes..
which ended up being a lil too much for my stomach...
hahahahha..
so i brought the rest of the satays home for the family to feast on...


before i left...
most of colleagues gave me lots of words of advice...
telling me that i shld pursue the degree programme...
and that i shld enjoy my 2 yrs in NIE...
coz its what they call a teacher's HONEYMOON period...
coz when the bond starts back in sch...
its all going to back to WORK...
and i'm so looking forward to go back to sch...
TMR marks the first day of orientation...
hope all goes well...

At last..
after 1 yr of teaching in NORTH SPRING PRIMARY...
its time to leave the place..
and reside at NIE for the next 2 yrs to come...
i'm SOOOOOOOOOOO looking forward to going back to sch as a student..
where its back to looking at books and listening to lecturers talk..
its time i stop teaching for the moment..
and embrace my time spent as a student..
HEHEHEHEHHEHE...
i'm so going to miss my students terribly..
esp my dearest P1 and P2..
oh how so adorable they are...
this year...
teaching them has nv been so fruitful and satisfying...
looking at their smiley faces everyday when i step into class..
completes my day...
afterall...
they are still kids..
and kids are also the most ADORABLE beings on earth...


anyways...
yesterday AYG's mum decided to hold a birthday cum welcome home party for her 2 sons..
i must say with AYG's bro back home...
it completes the family once again..
like what the boy says...
home is no longer quiet...
coz it'll be filled with either BOYS noisy antics...
and its jus so pleasing to see his MUMMY so happy again..
BABY boy came to pick me up...
and we headed over to his crib jus in time before it started raining heavily...
and finally..
i FINISHED crafting the album that was supposed to be given to him last SAT on his bdae...
but since it took alot of work...
i cldnt finish it on time despite staying up till late nights...
but atlast..
its complete and he so cant wait to read its contents for bedtime..
hahahahhaha...


upon arrival...
KAK ANI and family were alr there..
tog with cik BIBAH and her son...
AYG was worried noone will turn up due to the heavy down pour..
and his mum and bro cant stop reassuring him that the party wont start till aft 8pm...
and indeed...
it was ard 8pm that AYG's and his BRO's friends started filling the hse...
and soon i was kept busy in the kitchen..
helping the his MUMMY with the food...
AYG was in the midst of preparing his CHICKENS for frying later...
coz he argued that he cld make better FRIED CHICKENS then his mum..
oh well...
the boy is kinda NOTTI...
n he jus luv to bully his mum...
hahahaahhahha....


and so the boy was left to attend the crowd...
the night was filled with KARAOKE-ING...
and wild antics...
i was so tired by then..
that i decided to lay in the room with his cousins...
when a lil girl came in..
and found that it was fun sitting and stepping on me..
hahahhahahahaha...
she was AWESOMEly CUTE...
and soooo LIGHT....
that AYG bullied her by grabbing her by the leg and carried her up...
THE MONSTER HAS BEEN UNLEASHED...
hahaahhaah..


before heading home...
i decided to have supper...
so we headed to YISHUN to have ROTI PRATA...
i was so dead tired by then..
tt when i reached home..
all i wanted to do was sleep...
hahahahhahahaha...
i had fun with the family...
AYG mum has been SUPERBLY nice...
coz she cant stop buying me all the pretty stuff...
and she keeps hinting to me to get married to her son soon...
hehehehehe...
yes i will mama...
insyallah dalam dua tahun lagi k...

even the BOY cant stop proposing to me...

the boy took my hand and looked at me in the eyes...
telling me how much he love me...
how much he wanted to spend his life with me by his side...

i must say the first time up there was AN EXPERIENCE never to be missed..
coz we not only get to see such a spectacular view..
BUT...
WE even got to catch the NDP rehearsal going on...
there were the firing of the CANON...
the AIRCRAFT display...
the view of the FLOATING PLATFORM from the top..
and at night, we stayed on to catch the FIREWORKS...
HOW COOL IS THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
